Due to the new GDPR regulations effective from 25th May 2018 this is The Professional First Aid Service Privacy and Data protection policy.
This policy lays out the data we store on our customers, how we store it and the way we use it.

The Professional First Aid Service will only store the following data:
COMPANY DATA
• Name of the company
• Company postal address
• Company telephone number
• Contact name
• Company email address
This is stored on a secure database on a single password locked computer in the Company office. Backed up on a portable hard drive that is locked in secure store when not in use.
We only use the data to contact our clients via email or post regarding training courses, student renewal notices and student course information. This data is not passed on to any third party.
STUDENT PERSONAL DATA
• Student Name
• Student Date of Birth
• Student Gender
• Student Employer
Personal data is entered on to the Qualsafe Awards registration forms at the start of the training course, that registration form is kept secure in a locked brief case for the duration of the course and are then filed and kept in a secure locked store in the company office for 3 years. After which they are no longer required by Qualsafe Awards and are destroyed. We only use this data for Student registration and this data is not passed on to any third party. We do not contact students directly unless specifically requested by the student and therefore have no requirement for any personal contact data.
